Tour Overview

The Mountains of Ladakh

Nestled at an altitude of over 11,000 feet, Ladakh is India's highest and most remote region, a land of stark beauty where Tibetan Buddhism shapes every valley and pass. This seven day adventure brings you deep into the heart of the high desert, threading through ancient monasteries, across windswept passes and into the hidden Nubra Valley.

From the white dome of Shanti Stupa above Leh to the golden roofs of Diskit Monastery overlooking Nubra, you will witness landscapes that seem carved from another world. Walk through prayer flag draped passes, explore villages frozen in time, and experience the warmth of Ladakhi hospitality in homestays and heritage hotels across this spellbinding region.

The package includes Inner Line Permit processing, private transfers on all scenic routes, daily breakfast and dinner, and handpicked accommodation, so you can focus entirely on absorbing the high altitude magic and silence of the Himalayas.

Best Time to Visit Ladakh

The pleasant warm months from May to September are the prime season to visit Ladakh, when high passes are open and the weather is stable. July and August are peak season with long days and mild nights. September and early October offer crisp air and fewer crowds. Avoid winter as most passes close and temperatures drop to minus 20 degrees Celsius.
