How do I book a package on Voyara?
You can book directly through our website by selecting any package and clicking "Book Now". Alternatively, call our travel desk at +91 1800-222-8888 or send a WhatsApp message. A 25% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. Our team will send a full confirmation email within 2 hours.
Do you help with visa applications for international tours?
Yes — visa assistance is included in all international packages. Our visa processing team has a 100% success rate for tourist visa applications. We handle document preparation, embassy appointments, and follow-ups. Processing times vary by country — we recommend starting at least 3–4 weeks before your travel date. A separate visa fee applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and bank transfers. EMI options are available on credit card payments above ₹25,000 at 0% interest for 3–6 months via select banks. International payments can be made via wire transfer or Wise. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a ₹2,000 processing fee. Cancellations 15–29 days prior forfeit 30% of the total cost. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit 50%. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance, which we offer at checkout.
How do you ensure traveller safety on high-altitude tours?
All high-altitude tours include mandatory acclimatisation days, pulse oximeters, and a first-aid certified guide. Emergency evacuation protocols are in place for all Himalayan routes. Our guides carry satellite communication devices in areas with no mobile coverage. All packages include emergency medical contact and evacuation coverage within the package price.
Can I customise a package or build my own itinerary?
Absolutely. All packages can be modified — extend the duration, change accommodations, add activities, or request private transportation upgrades. Which countries are currently visa-free for Indian passport holders?
As of 2026, popular visa-free or visa-on-arrival destinations for Indian travellers include Thailand, Indonesia (Bali), Maldives, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Kenya, Qatar, and many more. We maintain an updated database of all visa requirements. During booking, we automatically flag which destinations require advance visa processing so there are no surprises.
Is travel insurance mandatory for Voyara packages?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not mandatory for most domestic packages. For international tours and all adventure/trekking packages, it is required. We offer comprehensive travel insurance directly at checkout, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and flight delays. Premiums start from ₹799 per person per trip.
