These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("traveller," "client," "you," or "your") and Shree Krishna Travel World ("we," "us," "our," "ShreeKrishna"). They govern your access to and use of our website, our mobile communications, and any travel or visa-related services we provide.

By using our website, contacting us for a quotation, or making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.

01 Eligibility

To make a booking with us, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are booking on behalf of others (such as family members or a group), you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and that they have read and accepted these Terms.

02 Our Role

ShreeKrishna is a travel facilitation company that arranges tours, holidays, visa assistance, hotel bookings, flight tickets, transport, and related services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we act as an intermediary between you and the actual service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, embassies, insurance companies, and similar entities). The contract for the actual travel service is between you and the relevant service provider, subject to their terms and conditions.

03 Bookings and Confirmation

Enquiry and Quotation

All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation, typically seven (7) to fifteen (15) days, and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates may change without notice if not confirmed within the validity period.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable deposit and our written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp). A typical booking requires a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation, with the balance due no later than thirty (30) days before the departure date. For bookings made within thirty (30) days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Documentation

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport (with at least six months' validity from the date of return), the necessary visas, travel insurance, and any other documentation required by the destination country or transit countries. We can advise on requirements but cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, deportation, or losses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

04 Pricing, Taxes, and Inclusions

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices include the components explicitly listed in the package inclusions and exclude any items listed under exclusions.

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), TCS (Tax Collected at Source under Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961), and any other statutory levies will be charged in addition to the package price, unless expressly stated to be inclusive.

Price Revisions

Prices may be revised in the event of currency fluctuations exceeding 3%, increases in airline fares, fuel surcharges, hotel tariffs, government taxes, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of any such revision before final payment is collected; you may choose to accept the revised price or cancel the booking in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05 Payment Methods

We accept payment through the following channels:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others)
  • Net banking and bank transfers (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS)
  • EMI on eligible credit cards, where offered by the issuing bank
  • International remittance via Wise or wire transfer (for overseas clients)

All online transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted payment gateways. Any transaction or convenience charges levied by the payment processor will be borne by you, unless otherwise specified.

06 Visa Services

Where you engage us for visa assistance, our role is limited to advising on documentation, preparing the application, and coordinating embassy appointments. The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.

Important

We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees, biometric charges, and any other government or embassy levies are non-refundable irrespective of the outcome of the application.

07 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all domestic bookings and is mandatory for all international tours and adventure / high-altitude packages. The insurance policy is issued by a third-party insurer; the contract is between you and the insurer. We will share the policy document on issuance. Premiums are non-refundable once the policy has been issued.

08 Changes to Your Itinerary

If you wish to modify your booking (date, destination, room category, traveller count), we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate the change, subject to availability and applicable charges from suppliers. Modification requests received within fifteen (15) days of departure may not be possible. Any change request must be made in writing to madhu@shreekrishnatravelworld.com.

09 Changes by ShreeKrishna

Occasionally, we may have to change a confirmed itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, supplier failures, or safety concerns. In such cases we will offer:

  • A suitable alternative arrangement, or
  • A reschedule to a later date, or
  • A refund of amounts actually paid to us, less any non-recoverable supplier costs

We will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from such changes.

10 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay arises from an event of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, epidemics or pandemics, government action, denial of overflight or landing rights, border closures, earthquakes, floods, fires, or any other event beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, our liability is limited as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11 Conduct During Travel

You are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that does not compromise the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of fellow travellers, our staff, or third parties. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any traveller whose behaviour is, in our reasonable opinion, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of local laws. In such cases no refund will be payable, and the traveller will be responsible for their own onward arrangements and associated costs.

You must comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of every destination you visit. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of any unlawful act by a traveller, including the carriage of prohibited items.

12 Photography and Marketing Use

During group tours, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional, social-media, and marketing purposes. By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of such images, unless you notify us in writing in advance. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please email us at madhu@shreekrishnatravelworld.com before departure.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for that booking
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, loss of business, or loss of profit
  • We shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, or default of any third-party supplier, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, embassies, insurance companies, and ground handlers
  • We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, theft, loss, or damage to baggage, personal injury, illness, or death suffered during travel, except where such liability arises directly from our proven negligence and cannot lawfully be excluded

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shree Krishna Travel World, its directors, officers, employees, and partners against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your acts or omissions causing harm to any third party.
