Jammu and Kashmir
Dal Lake shikara rides, the Mughal gardens of Srinagar, the Gulmarg Gondola and the valleys of Pahalgam. Three private itineraries that start and end in Srinagar.
About Kashmir
Our Kashmir packages are built around three places: Srinagar on the shores of Dal Lake, the alpine meadows of Gulmarg and the river valleys of Pahalgam. Every itinerary includes the Mughal gardens of Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh and a shikara ride on Dal Lake, past floating gardens and the daily life of the lake.
Srinagar City Break is the short option, with two nights in Srinagar, a full day in Gulmarg and a night on a houseboat. Glimpse of Kashmir moves at a slower pace, with a full day and night on a houseboat, the Gulmarg Gondola and pony rides to Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari. Glorious Kashmir stops at Sonamarg and Thajiwas Glacier on the way to Gulmarg, then explores the valleys around Pahalgam, including Baisaran and Aru.

When to go
Spring, from March to May, is the most popular time for our Kashmir packages: the gardens bloom, the weather is mild and the Tulip Garden in Srinagar may be in season. Autumn, from September to November, brings clear skies and autumn colours, with the first snow on distant peaks.
Summer, from June to August, means green meadows, cool mountain air and pleasant days in Gulmarg. Winter, from December to February, turns Gulmarg into a skiing destination and the valley white, but some mountain roads may be closed.
