Tour Overview

The Sacred and Scenic Heart of Himachal

Heavenly Himachal is a ten day journey through one of India's most spectacular mountain regions, threading together the colonial charm of Shimla, the adventure capital of Manali, the spiritual haven of Dharamshala and the picturesque Khajjiar plateau. This route captures the full spectrum of Himachal Pradesh: ancient temples nestled in deep forests, windswept passes revealing glacier views, and valleys where tradition and modernity exist in perfect balance.

From the buzz of Manali's adventure activities and the thundering beauty of Rohtang Pass at nearly 4,000 metres to the quiet monasteries of Dharamshala where the Dalai Lama resides, every stop unveils a different face of the Himalayas. The journey includes visits to the Tibetan Market, the sacred Hadimba Devi Temple surrounded by cedar forests, and Khajjiar, a verdant meadow surrounded by pine and deodar trees that earned it the nickname Mini Switzerland.

The package includes handpicked hotels in each city, daily breakfast, private transfers throughout, and sightseeing on a personal basis, leaving you free to breathe in the mountain air and soak in the heritage at your own pace.
