Best Time to Visit India's Tiger Reserves
October to June is the prime season for tiger safaris in Madhya Pradesh, with the peak months of November through February offering the best visibility as vegetation thins and animals congregate near water sources. The cool, dry weather makes early morning and evening drives most comfortable. Summer brings lush green forests but higher heat and humidity, while the monsoon rains close many park roads and reduce visibility.
