The Hungary Business visa is a Schengen short-stay visa for short business activities such as meetings, negotiations, conferences, seminars, or exploratory visits. It permits the same 90-day stay within 180 days as the tourist visa but requires additional business documents and sponsorship from a Hungarian company.

For stays longer than 90 days, employment in Hungary, or relocation, you need a separate long-stay visa (Type D) or residence permit rather than the Schengen short-stay visa. These include work visas, student visas, and family reunion visas, each with different requirements and processing rules.
